Design & Construct

Fit & Finish

Each Tulips &Tulle gown is hand made, and one-of-a-kind which requires hundreds of hours to create and construct.
The design process takes 3-12 months depending on the intricacy of each gown.
Caitlin is not a customized wedding dress vendor.
Caitlin does not mix and match the elements from an archive of pre-fabricated pieces to patch together your dress like some online “custom” wedding dress vendors. Caitlin designs and creates your one-of-a-kind dress just for you based on your desires.
Not completely sure about the design for your gown? That’s ok!
Caitlin will take your ideas and your style to guide you to the best silhouette, design and fabric for your body type.

1. Design Consultation
During your first consultation you will sit down with Caitlin to share with her your plans and your dreams for your dress. She will listen to your ideas, help you to refine them if necessary, and get a feel for your unique style, personality and the overall feel you desire for your wedding. When you are done Caitlin will put your ideas on paper in the form of a detailed drawing so you can see your vision beginning to take shape.
2. Fabrics
At your first consultation you will also discuss the types of fabrics that your specific dress requires. All of the fabrics used in your dress come from trusted vendors from all over the world to make your dress truly unique and one of a kind.
3. Pricing
After you approve the design and details of your dress Caitlin will quote you an estimated price.
