About The Designer

Hi! My name is Caitlin and I am a wife and mother of three great children and two crazy poodles. I have been married to my sweetheart for 15 wonderful years. Born and raised in Idaho, I grew up with a love of creation and of all things beautiful and unique. My mother would often shake her head at the fabrics I would choose when we would go to the fabric store. They were always shiny or sparkly with a beautiful drape or unique handle. I come from a long line of creators, my mother was an avid seamstress and made many beautiful pieces over the course of her life. It was one of these creations that inspired me to start my buisness. But, never in a million years did I ever think I would find a job that would fill me with as much joy and peace as my buisness has.

Before I started my buisness I tried contributing to my family in many different ways, independent sales, craft fairs, and jewelry making. But it wasn’t until one of my best friends was getting married and asked for help with her dress that it came to me, making beautiful dresses is what I was born to do. Growing up I made my own dress-ups from a bag of scrap fabric my mom bought for me. I made clothes for my barbies and somehow did not break my moms sewing machine in the process. I have always loved fashion and wanted to be a part of the industry but wasn’t sure how. While planning this friend’s wedding I was captivated by the beauty of this special event, and was honored to be a part of it.  

Designing and creating beautiful gowns for brides that help them look and feel amazing for their wedding day is such a rush. It makes my brain and heart so happy. I love looking at a bolt of fabric and letting the fabric speak to me, and I love bringing a bride’s vision to life.

My biggest goal for any bride is to make her the center of the universe on her wedding day. I want to ensure that she looks and feels incredible in her dream dress. I want to make the journey to the perfect dress an exciting and enjoyable one.

Creating your dream dress begins with the simple step of sitting down with me and sharing your vision, looking through fabric samples, and leaving the rest to me.
